Jameson Resources (ASX:JAL) received additional commitments to raise a further AU$450,000 via a two-tranche placement of shares to strategic investors, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under tranche one, the company will issue 3.8 million at AU$0.06 apiece to raise AU$225,000, and under tranche two, the company will issue a further 3.8 million shares to raise AU$225,000, the filing said.
The offer price represents a nearly 17% discount to the stock's closing price on Nov. 28, the filing added.
Proceeds will be used to fund engagement with indigenous nations, project management, and capital costs, the company said.
