新浪科技讯 12月11日下午消息，BOSS直聘公告信息显示，聚焦公司长期战略发展工作，张宇将卸任首席财务官（CFO），并出任首席战略官（CSO）。据介绍，张宇未来将在香港、北京两地办公。
公告表示，公司会推举更多年轻人才进入核心管理团队。公司任命副总裁王文蓓为副首席财务官。王文蓓于2021年加入BOSS直聘，负责投资者关系，拥有清华大学工程学学士及美国克拉克大学金融硕士学位，加入公司前任职于瑞银投资银行部。公司副总裁穆阳将接替张宇担任执行董事。穆阳自2016年开始负责公司的人力资源职能，拥有北京大学学士学位及香港城市大学硕士学位。
