消息面上，12月10日至11日，中央经济工作会议在北京举行。会议明确坚持内需主导，建设强大国内市场。重点政策包括深入实施提振消费专项行动，制定实施城乡居民增收计划；清理消费领域不合理限制措施，释放服务消费潜力；高质量推进城市更新等。
银河证券认为，消费行业需要重视“十五五”规划中消费的中长期目标；短期关注针对2026年消费相关具体政策落地。招银国际指，从投资主线来看，按消费类型选股，现阶段更倾向于三类方向：1)生存类消费，强调节俭主义、低单价与高性价比，2)补偿类消费，主打小确幸与廉价娱乐，3)具避险与防守属性的目标。
