欧盟第二高等法院于周三驳回了美国芯片制造商英特尔针对 3.76 亿欧元（约合 4.38 亿美元）欧盟反垄断罚金的上诉，这笔罚金是两年前因英特尔打压竞争对手而被处以的，但法院同时将罚金下调了 1.4 亿欧元。
卢森堡的欧盟普通法院表示：“2.3710554 亿欧元的金额，更能恰当体现本案所涉垄断行为的严重程度和持续时长。”
作为欧盟竞争监管机构的欧盟委员会，于 2023 年作出了这一罚金裁定。此前，相关法庭已撤销了欧盟委员会 2009 年对英特尔开出的 10.6 亿欧元罚单，该罚单的案由是英特尔排挤超威半导体（AMD）。
本案案号为 T-1129/23，即英特尔公司诉欧盟委员会案。
