12月9日金融一线消息，重庆金融监管局今日发布两则批复，同意哈尔滨银行收购重庆市沙坪坝融兴村镇银行有限责任公司并设立哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆凤天路支行、哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆回龙坝支行、哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆大学城支行，承接重庆市沙坪坝融兴村镇银行有限责任公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。

　　同意哈尔滨银行收购重庆市大渡口融兴村镇银行有限责任公司并设立哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆大渡口支行、哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆钢花路支行、哈尔滨银行股份有限公司重庆建胜支行，承接重庆市大渡口融兴村镇银行有限责任公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。
