智通财经APP讯，紫金矿业(02899)发布公告，公司于2025年11月28日召开的第八届董事会2025年第18次临时会议已审议通过《关于提名公司第九届董事会独立董事候选人的议案》，拟提名吴小敏、薄少川、张永涛、林寿康、曲晓辉、洪波、王安建(共7人)为第九届董事会独立非执行董事候选人，并提交股东会审议。2025年12月9日，公司收到张永涛先生的书面通知，因其个人工作原因，暂时无法履职，自愿放弃本次独立非执行董事候选人提名。经董事会审议，同意取消对张永涛先生的提名，并将独立非执行董事候选人名单调整为：吴小敏、薄少川、林寿康、曲晓辉、洪波、王安建(共6人)。
