ChainCatcher 消息，Delphi Labs 首席运营官 Kevin Simback 近日公开质疑隐私链项目 Octra 在 2 亿美元估值下启动新一轮融资的合理性。他表示，Octra 去年仅以 400 万美元 Pre-seed 完成早期融资，当时估值大约在 4000 万美元区间，如今估值在一年内放大 5 倍以上、且距离 TGE 仅剩数月，却“几乎没有真实需求”。
对此，Octra 联合创始人 Alex 回应称，并不认识 Kevin Simback。他强调，Pre-seed 估值较低是因为团队当时只有白皮书与最初构想，属于典型的风险溢价；而如今项目已经完成沙盒测试，拥有完整数学文档、开源 PoC，并上线了已稳定运行数月的完整功能网络，因此估值提升具备合理基础。
