外观上，雪铁龙ELO概念车造型上是很前卫，前大灯为三个部分，上下为等待，中间为两块方灯组成，前LOGO也是会发光，前脸上半部分为矩形，前包围处更是有凸出矩形进行装饰。

来到车身侧面，造型比较有个性，使用电子后视镜，在后视镜处，有个三角窗，车窗为矩形车窗，侧面并未看到B柱的出现，搭配对向侧滑门，轮毂造型也是很有特点，据悉，新车的尺寸方面，车长仅有4.1米

车身尾部，大量直线的应用，左右两侧更是有上下两个，并用红色灯进行装饰，尾灯也是使用上下两个方块灯。

内饰方面，采用极简设计，新车没有配备中控台的，只有一个方向盘，方向盘前方则是长条屏幕。空间支持百变，驾驶位设计在中央位置，支持旋转，采用1+3的四座布局或3+3的六座布局，后排座椅则可以放倒并加装床垫，生活场景十分丰富。
