12月10日，连锁咖啡品牌Tim Hortons中国业务（THCH）公布2025年第三季度财报。财报显示，公司第三季度总营收达到3.58亿元人民币，系统销售额延续增长至4.2亿元人民币，同比增长12.8%。2025年第三季度末，Tims天好中国总门店1030家创历史新高，其中自营店551家、加盟店479家，覆盖全国91个城市。
2025年1-9月，公司自营门店成本及费用同比下降10.9%，同店销售额实现3.3%正增长；加盟业务带动其它收入增至7513万元，同比增长25%。截至2025年9月30日，注册会员总数已达2,790万人，同比增长22.3%，单店平均会员数超27,100人。
Tims天好中国宣布已发行总本金约8,990万美元优先有担保可转换债券；同时修订其现有2024年无担保可转换债券的相关条款，并已完成对2021年高级无担保可转换债券的全部赎回与注销。
