百奥赛图-B（02315）发布公告，本公司已完成A股发行。本公司A股将于2025年12月10日在上海证券交易所科创板上市并开始买卖。
董事会进一步宣布，张海超博士（张博士）因本公司内部工作调整辞任本公司执行董事，于2025年12月10日生效。
董事会同时宣布，根据公司法、公司章程等相关规定及本公司职工代表于2025年12月5日召开的职工代表大会结果，本公司职工代表大会推选李妍女士（李女士）担任第二届董事会职工代表董事（职工董事）。李女士的任期自本公司A股在科创板上市之日起生效，至第二届董事会任期届满之日止。
