智通财经APP讯，中国医疗集团(08225)发布公告，于2025年12月10日(交易时段后)，本公司与郭夏先生订立新框架服务协议，以续展2022年服务协议的期限;并确定截至2025年12月31日、2026年12月31日及2027年12月31日止年度设定年度上限。
董事会亦欲公告，浤博资本有限公司已获任为独立财务顾问，根据《证券及期货条例》(香港法例第 571 章)其是获授权的可从事第六类(就机构融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团，以就新框架服务协议及年度上限向本公司独立董事委员会及独立股东提供意见。
