HD Korea Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering (KRX:009540) responded to media reports about building a shipyard in India worth 3 trillion won, stating that it has signed an exclusive business agreement with Tamil Nadu's government, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korean Exchange.
However, the company said that both parties have not agreed on specific details, including the investment amount.
