Cullen/Frost Bankers (CFR) unit Frost Bank-facilitated senior housing project for older adults in Texas broke ground.
The project, a joint venture between William A. Lawson Institute for Peace and Prosperity and community partners, received $750,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas via Frost Bank to support construction, the district bank said late Thursday.
The funds will support the construction of 102 units, which will offer residents access to housing and supportive services, according to a statement.
