智通财经APP获悉，周二，STAAR Surgical(STAA.US)盘前大涨超15%，报27.15美元。消息面上，Alcon表示，已将其收购 STAAR Surgical 的报价提高到约 16 亿美元的总股权价值，高于此前的 15 亿美元。根据修订后的协议条款，Alcon 将以每股 30.75 美元的价格现金购买所有 STAAR Surgical 的流通股，高于此前每股 28 美元的报价。Alcon 表示，这笔交易现在较 STAAR 过去 90 日的成交量加权平均价格溢价 74%，较 8 月 4 日(即合并宣布前一天)STAAR 股票的收盘价溢价 66%。
