智通财经APP讯，正业国际(03363)发布公告，于2025年12月12日，卖方(公司非全资附属公司中山联合鸿兴智造有限公司)拟向买方(中山兄弟供应链有限公司)出售该物业，代价约为人民币880.74万元。该物业位于中国中山市沙溪镇新濠南路138号松湾智谷智能制造项目1号工厦7及8楼。
该物业所在的地块原用作兴建集团造纸废水处理设施及辅助材料仓库。为增加该地块的利用率，集团响应中山市政府“三旧”改造的号召，申请该地块重建，已于2022年七月获批准。该项目的第一阶段已于2023年十二月展开，涉及兴建三幢高标准工厦，总建筑面积约39,913.89平方米。于本公告日期，该项目第一阶段的1号工厦已竣工。将出售的该物业(即1号工厦的7及8楼)构成已竣工第一阶段建筑物的一部分。董事会认为，出售事项乃集团以合理价格变现该物业价值的良机，且出售事项的所得款项可用于该项目开发建设或补充集团营运资金。
