BlockBeats 消息，12 月 12 日，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）周四向 Polymarket、PredictIt、Gemini 以及LedgerX/MIAX 发出了“不采取行动函”（no-action letters），宣布在特定条件下，这些公司无需满足部分记录保存（recordkeeping）方面的监管要求，并且可能可以通过第三方清算会员来清算合约。
根据 CFTC 的新闻稿，这些“不采取行动函”意味着监管机构不会就以下事项采取执法行动（即指控其违法行为）：
——在特定互换（swap）相关的记录保存要求方面的合规情况；——未向互换数据仓库（swap data repositories）报告二元期权（binary options）相关交易数据。
CFTC 表示：“这些不采取行动函仅适用于非常有限的情形，与监管机构此前向其他类似地位的指定合约市场（DCM）及衍生品清算组织（DCO）发放的函件具有可比性。”
