智通财经APP讯，富乐德(301297.SZ)公告，公司董事会审议通过了《关于出售参股公司部分股权的议案》，江苏富乐华半导体科技股份有限公司(简称“富乐华”)拟转让参股公司无锡海古德新技术有限公司(简称“海古德”)410.07万股，转让价格合计6999.89万元。转让后富乐华持有海古德888.491万股，占其总股本比例为8.80%。
公告显示，本次出售资产的原因主要系进一步优化公司资产配置，盘活公司资产并提高资产运营及使用效率。本次股权处置收益将产生约1.8亿元投资收益。
