智通财经APP讯，福寿园(01448)公布，自2025年12月12日起，基于对公司未来发展需要的综合考量，并考虑到王计生先生的年龄及精力状况，以及其近年负责业务的业绩表现，董事会决议免去王计生先生公司总裁的职务。此次调整旨在使公司管理安排更契合下一阶段发展战略，同时亦有利于王计生先生更专注于执行董事及提名委员会的职责。王计生先生将继续留任为公司执行董事及提名委员会成员。
为进一步提升公司运营效率，公司将设立“联席总裁”(Co-Chief Executive Officer，简称“联席总裁”)制度。金磊屹先生(现任集团西部区域总经理)及马剑亭先生(现任公司首席财务官(Chief Financial Officer，简称“CFO”))已获委任兼任公司联席总裁。
