12月12日，瑞众人寿发布关于举牌青岛啤酒股份有限公司（以下简称“青岛啤酒”，00168.HK）H股股票的信息披露公告。
参与本次举牌交易前，瑞众人寿持有青岛啤酒H股股票3256.4万股，占其H股股本比例为4.97%。2025年12月5日，瑞众人寿买入青岛啤酒H股股票20万股，共计持有青岛啤酒3276.4万股，占该上市公司H股股本的5%。
2025年以来，瑞众人寿多次举牌港股上市公司，例如3月份，瑞众人寿斥资超3000万港元买入中国神华（01088.HK）H股，持股比例从4.97%上升至5%。增持中信银行（00998.HK）港股股份300万股，每股成交均价为5.94港元，总计投入资金1783.2万港元。交易完成后，瑞众人寿持有的中信银行港股股数升至7.44亿股，持股比例也从4.98%提升至5%。
