智通财经APP讯，远洋服务(06677)发布公告，由于需要更多时间专注处理其他业务，沈培英先生已辞任公司的公司秘书职务及将不再担任香港联交所证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表及公司条例(香港法例第622章)项下于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的公司授权代表，自2025年12月13日起生效。董事局亦宣布，陈嘉敏女士已获委任为公司公司秘书、上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年12月13日起生效。
