智通财经APP讯，百德国际(02668)发布公告，本集团近期接获广东省高级人民法院(高院)就与华夏银行股份有限公司深圳分行(银行)的借款协议有关的法律诉讼的上诉所颁布的民事判决书(民事判决书)。
根据民事判决书，高院驳回本公司的间接全资附属公司深圳金胜提出的上诉，并维持民事裁定书的原判。
根据民事判决书，深圳金胜被裁定须向银行偿还贷款本金总额人民币 2.79亿元，连同根据借款协议及民事裁定书计算的贷款利息约人民币 788.13万元，以及有关违约的相应罚息及复利。本公司及其若干附属公司(作为担保人)须就该等债务承担连带清偿责任。深圳金胜及其担保人(包括本公司及其若干附属公司)进一步被裁定支付诉讼费用，包括案件受理费及保全申请费，合共约人民币 145.84万元。民事判决书为最终判决，具决定性，且不可再提出上诉。
鉴于民事判决书的颁布，本集团将继续寻求法律意见及探索任何可行选择。本集团管理层亦正与银行进行磋商，期望就因违约所产生的相关问题达成友好解决，包括但不限于还款安排及其他可能的替代方案。本公司将于需要时或适时就贷款及违约的重大更新事项刊发进一步公告。
