ChainCatcher 消息，前摩根士丹利 NFA 交易员 Jeff Park 在 X 平台发文称，美联储最近宣布的储备管理驱动型购买计划虽号称“储备管理”，但本质仍是 QE，只不过从“量化宽松”升级为“质化宽松”。
在充足储备体系下，储备因 LCR 下 0% 风险权重而具备完美资产负债表弹性，远胜短期国债。这也解释了为何 SLR 规则在感恩节前突然放松、QT 结束前两周内迅速宣布每月 400 亿美元购买计划。
简言之，短期国债是“近似货币”，储备才是“完美货币”。此外，Jeff Park 补充道，稳定币是当下最紧迫的“货币质量”问题，这也是为什么加密货币根本不可能消失。
