智通财经APP获悉，中国宏桥(01378)高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.32%，报32.4港元，成交额1240.92万港元。
消息面上，中国宏桥发布公告，宏创控股发行股份购买资产暨关联交易事项获得深圳证券交易所并购重组审核委员会审核通过。根据宏创控股此前公布的方案，宏创控股拟发行股份购买魏桥铝电、嘉汇投资、东方资管等持有的宏拓实业100%股权，交易作价635亿元。
公开资料显示，宏创控股系中国宏桥控股子公司，本次交易为中国宏桥旗下核心铝业资产回归A股上市的举措，有助于加强铝业资产的内部整合，同时能够借助资本市场进一步提升企业的综合竞争力。
