Robex Resources (ASX:RXR) delivered the first ore to the mill at its Kiniero project in Guinea ahead of the expected first gold production this month, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expects the ramp-up to commercial gold production in the first quarter of next year, the filing said.
Commissioning activities at the processing plant are ongoing, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 3% in midday trade Friday.
