智通财经APP获悉，剑桥科技(06166)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.11%，报87.75港元，成交额7926.18万港元。
消息面上，12月8日晚间，剑桥科技公告称，拟以发行境外上市外资股(H股)募集资金向全资子公司CIG美国增资1亿美元。本次增资资金将专项用于扩张北美及东南亚地区高速光模块产能、提升海外研发规模与技术迭代能力、拓展重点市场与客户渠道、战略性储备关键元器件、强化产业链协同与供应链安全，以及补充运营资金。
剑桥科技表示，本次增资是落实H股招股说明书中“加强研发投入、扩大生产能力、拓展全球市场”战略的重要举措，将显著增强CIG美国资金实力，降低资产负债率，强化其与下属附属公司的协同效应，提升全球生产交付与供应链管理能力。
