周三，油价下跌，因美国政府报告显示上周原油库存降幅小于预期，同时投资者关注俄乌和平谈判进展，并等待美国利率决议。

　　美国东部时间下午1点05分，布伦特原油期货下跌14美分，跌幅0.23%，报每桶61.80美元。美国西德克萨斯中质原油（WTI）期货下跌15美分，跌幅0.26%，报每桶58.10美元。

　　美国能源信息署（EIA）数据显示，截至12月5日当周，美国原油库存减少了180万桶。路透社调查的分析师此前平均预计库存将减少230万桶，而美国石油协会（API）此前估计库存下降了480万桶。

　　ING分析师在一份报告中指出，尽管石油市场正进一步陷入预期中的供应过剩局面，但俄罗斯的供应仍构成风险。

　　乌克兰总统弗拉基米尔·泽连斯基表示，乌克兰及其欧洲伙伴将很快向美国提交一份“经过完善的文件”，内容是关于结束与俄罗斯战争的和平计划。

　　乌克兰与俄罗斯之间的和平协议可能导致国际社会解除对俄罗斯企业的制裁，从而释放被限制的石油供应。

　　此外，能源信息署早些时候表示，预计今年美国石油产量将高于此前预期，并将2025年日均产量预测上调2万桶，达到创纪录的1361万桶。
