金吾财讯 | 据港交所12月10日披露，印象大红袍股份有限公司通过港交所主板上市聆讯，兴证国际、铠盛为联席保荐人。公司是一家国有文旅服务企业，总部位于福建省武夷山。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按文旅演出节目产生的销售收入计，公司在2024年中国文旅演出市场排名第八。公司的股份自2017年1月20日起已于新三板挂牌（股票代码：870608）。公司的业务包括三个主要业务分部：(i)演出及表演服务；(ii)印象文旅小镇业务；及(iii)茶汤酒店业务。《印象·大红袍》山水实景演出为公司的核心业务。财务方面，截至2022年、2023年、2024年12月31日止年度及2025年截至6月30日止六个月，公司收入分别约为6303.9万元(人民币，下同)、1.44亿元、1.37亿元及5588.4万元；对应同期，公司权益持有人应占期内亏损259.9万元、利润4750.4万元、利润4285.9万元、利润1022.6万元；对应同期，《印象·大红袍》山水实景演出产生的收入分别约为5760万元、1.36亿元、1.3亿元、4910万元，分别占同年总收入的约91.4%、94.3%、94.6%及87.8%。
