ChinHung International (KRX:002780) secured a construction order from Korea Land & Housing Corp. to build a 1,298-unit apartment complex in Hongseong, South Chungcheong province, according to a Friday filing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The contract is valued at 162.2 billion won on Chinhung's portion. The overall project totals 294.9 billion won, with the company holding a 55% stake.
Work is set to run from Dec. 31, 2025, to March 13, 2029.
