智通财经APP获悉，花旗重申对小型模块化反应堆公司NuScale Power(SMR.US)的“卖出/高风险”评级，并将其目标价从37.50美元大幅下调至18.50美元，理由是公司面临合同不确定性与营收压力。
花旗分析师Vikram Bagri指出，作为唯一获得美国核管理委员会批准的小型模块化反应堆设计方案的核能公司，NuScale拥有显著的监管审批与时间优势，并在数据中心和人工智能(AI)推动的电力需求增长背景下，获得行业先发优势。然而，公司仍面临重大的项目执行风险，且其股价似乎已提前计入了大量2040年前的装机预期，这与全球核电容量的预计增幅并不相称。
该分析师表示，短期内或存在利好因素推动公司股价走高，但长期来看，营收压力将持续显现。一方面，现有合同相关收入呈下滑态势，另一方面，合作伙伴福陆(FLR.US)持续减持套现，且NuScale需增发股权以履行支付承诺。此外，Bagri将公司首台核电模块的预计销售时间推迟两年，并认为公司在中短期内与美国田纳西河谷管理局签订确定性合同的可能性较低。
截至周三收盘，NuScale股价收跌4.69%。
