智通财经APP讯，福田股份(08196)发布公告，于2025年12月10日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司委聘配售代理为其代理，根据配售协议的条款及条件按竭尽所能基准促使不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.60港元认购最多910.5万股配售股份。配售股份将根据新一般授权配发及发行。
配售价每股配售股份0.60港元较于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.660港元折让约9.09%。910.5万股配售股份乃相当于公司经配发及发行配售股份而扩大后的已发行股本约16.67%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项最高总额将约为546万港元。预期配售事项所得款项净额将约为526万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金及业务发展。
