12月10日金融一线消息，宜宾市商业银行发布公告称，该行于当日收到国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局下发的《四川金融监管局关于同意宜宾市商业银行股份有限公司变更注册资本的批复》（川金监覆[2025]387号），注册资本获批准由人民币39亿元增加至人民币45.884亿元。
公告披露，宜宾市商业银行曾于2025年6月26日举行2024年度股东大会，审议批准了关于变更注册资本及修订公司章程的相关决议案，此前该行还分别于2025年4月24日、6月6日发布相关公告及通函。本次注册资本变更获监管核准后，该行将修订公司章程相应条款，并及时到市场监督管理机构办理注册资本变更及公司章程修订的变更登记手续，后续将报国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局备案。
