　　近日，中国银行成功发行3年期5亿美元SOFR浮息债券，并正式在纳斯达克迪拜交易所挂牌上市。本次债券发行获投资者踊跃认购，最终定价较初始定价大幅收窄57BPs，彰显了国际市场对中国银行实力与融资能力的高度认可。

　　自2015年成立以来，中国银行迪拜分行持续深耕中东、辐射非洲，积极推动阿联酋与国际资本市场互联互通，为区域优质资产吸引国际投资者，拓展跨境投融资合作渠道，逐步成为中资银行在中东地区发行境外可持续债券的重要主体之一。

　　2023年，发行全球首批共建“一带一路”主题绿色债券，募集资金全部用于共建“一带一路”国家的合格绿色项目。

　　2024年，在中阿（联酋）建交40周年之际，发行4亿美元绿色债券，募集资金全部用于阿联酋境内合格绿色项目。

　　中国银行将继续依托全球化优势、综合化特色，深化与中东地区各方合作，提供更多全面金融解决方案，为构建更加畅通的中阿金融通道贡献力量。
