2025年12月10日凌晨4时30分，经过参建人员240分钟的艰苦奋战，由中国中铁电气化局集团上海电化分公司负责施工的新长线大丰西站信号联锁设备改造工程顺利开通。
大丰西站位于江苏省盐城市大丰区，作为新长铁路苏北段的重要货运节点升级项目，此次改造标志着大丰西站迈入智能化信号管控新时代，为长三角北翼物流枢纽建设注入关键铁路动能。
针对大丰西站作为苏北重要货运枢纽，不能中断正常运输的特殊需求，项目党组织充分发挥“党员先锋队”、“工人先锋号”、“青年突击队”三支队伍力量，利用每天凌晨00：30-3：00的“天窗期”集中开展核心设备安装，白天则对施工区域进行实时监测，确保主线列车正常通行。
施工过程中涉及室外轨道区段32区段、信号机20架、道岔11组、47个方向盒、34个轨道箱、20个终端盒安装配线，做到了“零出错”，顺利完成室内外联挂实验及启用新计算机联锁设备等多项任务。
此次工程的顺利开通，标志着大丰港项目信号专业施工取得了阶段性成果，为实现全线开通奠定了坚实的基础。靳增辉
