12月11日，柠萌影视（09857）发布公告，宣布与阅文集团和晋江原创续签版权购买框架协议。
该公司与阅文集团的现有版权购买框架协议及与晋江原创的现有文学作品版权购买框架协议将于2025年12月31日到期，计划在此之后继续进行相关交易。新协议的有效期自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止。
根据公告，续签的版权购买框架协议下的年度上限为：2026年3000万元，2027年2500万元，2028年2500万元。此前，现有框架协议的年度上限为：2023年3000万元，2024年2000万元，2025年3000万元。
公告指出，续签协议的理由在于阅文集团和晋江原创的优质IP资源具备商业潜力，有助于公司开发更多优质剧集。
