** Entain ENT.L falls 2.3% to 742.6p; bottoms FTSE bluechip .FTSE index, which is down 0.2%

** Rob Wood steps down as betting firm's CFO, deputy CEO

** International Distribution Services (IDS) executive Michael Snape to take over as CFO in 2026

** Co says YTD trading in line with market expectations of 1.14 billion pounds ($1.52 billion) in FY25 core profit

** As of last close, ENT rises ~11%
