Bluerock Acquisition, a blank-check firm, said late Wednesday it has priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 apiece.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to about 2.3 million additional units.

Each unit consists of 1 class A common share and a third of a redeemable warrant, with a whole warrant exercisable for 1 class A share at $11.50.

The units are set to begin trading this Thursday under the ticker symbol, "BLRKU."

The offering is expected to close this Friday.

Once the securities comprising the units begin trading separately, the class A shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols, "BLRK" and "BLRKW," respectively.
