日前，一起教育科技(NASDAQ:YQ)发布截至2025年9月30日的财报。财报显示，公司今年前三季度营收为6708.70万元，较上年同期的1.53亿元下降56%；净亏损为1.01亿元，上年同期的净亏损为1.29亿元。

　　其中，公司2025年第三季度营收为2000万元，较上年同期的5960万元下降66.4%；毛利为1020万元，上年同期的毛利为3630万元；毛利率为51.2%，上年同期的毛利率为60.9%。

　　纵观近年五载业绩，一起教育科技的净利润始终深陷亏损泥潭。2020年至2024年，公司归母净利润分别亏损41.78万元、14.42万元、1.78万元、3.12万元、1.93万元。

　　资料显示，一起教育科技是根据开曼群岛法律于2012年10月30日成立的。该公司是一家提供“互联网+”解决方案智能教育公司，通过产品、技术、内容，实现校内校外结合，线上线下打通，为学生、家长、老师提供综合智能学习空间。

　　据悉，一起教育科技为前新东方助理副总裁刘畅创办，而两位新东方联合创始人徐小平和王强则是天使轮投资方。

　　二级市场上，截至发稿，一起教育科技报4.05美元/股，盘前交易上涨7.16%，前一个交易日下跌10%，总市值约3584.94万美元，今年来公司股价累计上涨约155%。
