智通财经APP获悉，瑞银全球投资银行部副主席及亚洲企业客户部联席主管李镇国表示，今年港股IPO市场募集资金已达到2024年全年总额的2.1倍，并预计港交所将在2025年重新获得排行第一的IPO融资规模，料明年IPO集资额可逾3000亿港元。
他续指，配售及可转债产品的交易规模也同比显著增长，众多大型蓝筹公司如比亚迪(01211)、小米(01810)、阿里巴巴(09988)、中国太保(02601)、平安保险、周大福珠宝(01929)以及蔚来(09866)等公司均先后完成了10亿美元以上的大型港股交易。
他提及，港股一级市场呈现强劲复苏态势，多家极具市场影响力的企业积极响应国家发展香港资本市场的战略号召，推动大规模融资项目落地。其中，宁德时代(03750)上市募资53亿美元，成为2023年以来全球最大IPO，并带动紫金黄金(02259)、三一重工(06031)、赛力斯(09927)、恒瑞医药(01276)、三花智控(02050)、海天味业(03288)、奇瑞汽车(09973)等多家龙头企业完成超10亿美元融资，占据全球十大IPO中的四席。
