BUZZ-Australia's <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/FHE.AU">Frontier Energy</a> hits over two-month low on discounted placement

** Shares of Australia's Frontier Energy FHE.AX fall as much as 5.8% to A$0.245, their lowest level since September 17

** The renewable energy co says it will raise A$11.5 million ($7.62 million) via placement at an issue price of A$0.25 per share

** Issue price represents a discount of 3.8% to stock's last closing

** Funds from placement to help co complete debt financing process, others

** Stock has risen 108.3% this year, including day's moves
