Regent Pacific Unit Deep Longevity Taps Senior Executives Ahead of U.S. Launch; Shares Jump 6%

Regent Pacific (HKG:0575) said its wholly owned unit Deep Longevity has appointed Dylan Kay as U.S. chief commercial officer and Luke Shaffer as vice-president of sales, with both joining on Jan. 1, 2026, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the biopharmaceutical investment company were up over 6% in Thursday morning trade.

The hires mark Deep Longevity's planned commercial launch in the U.S. in the first quarter of 2026.

Deep Longevity said the two will drive sales and partnerships across corporate wellness programs, health insurers, diagnostic labs, longevity clinics, and premium consumer health platforms, according to the filing.
