该租赁协议的租期为2026年1月1日至2027年11月30日，租赁总建筑面积为5911平方米。根据协议，森松重工需支付每日租金为每平方米4.84元，月租金总额为87万元。
根据适用的会计准则，公司将确认物物业相关使用权资产价值，预计总值约为1779万元。该交易将被视为公司收购资产，属于一次性关联交易，预计其资产估计价值的最高适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%。
