ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，比特币资产储备公司 Strive（纳斯达克代码：ASST；SATA）宣布，已签署一份销售协议。根据该协议，Strive 可发行并出售其 A 系列可变利率永续优先股股票，每股面值 0.001 美元（简称 “SATA 股票”），总发行价最高可达 5 亿美元（简称 “ATM 计划”）。
Strive 打算将 ATM 计划所得的净收益用于一般企业用途，包括但不限于：购买比特币及比特币相关产品、用作营运资金、购买能产生收入的资产以拓展公司业务、进行其他资本性支出、回购公司 A 类普通股股票，以及/或偿还债务。Strive 还可能利用这些收益为收购与当前业务互补的企业、资产或技术提供资金支持。
