始终坚持保护优先、绿色发展，严守生态保护红线，深挖文化时代价值，让研学旅游在守护山水文脉中焕发活力。

共同构建常态化区域研学协同机制，建立轮值会商、信息互通、成果共享的合作模式，推动五市研学基地（营地）资源互联、跨市研学产品共创、客源市场共享。

联合研发兼具地域特色与教育价值的精品研学课程和主题线路，整合五市文化、生态、农耕、哲思等差异化资源，打造统一标识、统一标准的浙皖闽赣“联盟花园”研学品牌体系。

共建研学信息服务平台与行业标准体系，推进师资互认、安全共管、服务提质，以标准化建设保障研学品质，以专业化服务提升体验感。         据黄山新闻网
