知情人士透露，这家日本公司已与Switch管理层进行过磋商，并对这家非上市公司进行了尽职调查。由于信息尚未公开，知情人士要求匿名。此外，据媒体上周报道，软银还就潜在收购Switch的主要私募股权投资方之一——纽约上市投资公司DigitalBridge Group Inc．——进行了深入谈判。
