　　Bernstein指出，奈飞需确保有退出策略，以免华纳兄弟的竞购战“变得不理性”。

　　分析师Laurent Yoon表示：“奈飞虽有实力继续竞购，但这并不意味着就应该这样做”。

　　他补充道，自10月财报发布以来，奈飞市值已蒸发逾1000亿美元，与派拉蒙的漫长竞购战将继续拖累股价。

　　他认为，尽管派拉蒙的报价优于奈飞，但并未达到“具有压倒性优势”的程度。

　　“虽然奈飞基本面依然不可否认地强劲，但我们认为，股票的估值将会下调，不仅取决于竞标过程的进展 —— 以及即便最终中标，仍需经历的审批流程 —— 还因为接触的压力将会持续存在”。

　　Yoon给予奈飞跑赢的评级，目标价125美元。

　　彭博数据显示，奈飞有39个买入评级、14个持有、3个卖出，平均目标价128美元。
