智通财经APP讯，中国储能科技发展(01143)公布，公司主要股东陈德柱先生(卖方)于2025年12月12日(交易时段后)通知该公司，其已向于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司Fame Castle Enterprises Limited(买方)出售合共5176万股公司股份，相当于本公告日期已发行股份约23.1%。
买方为投资控股公司，由李继邦先生、吴俭源先生、黄式雄先生及谭锦方先生全资拥有。于本公告日期，李继邦先生、吴俭源先生、黄式雄先生及谭锦方先生均为公司全资附属公司董事。
紧随该转让完成后，(a)卖方已不再持有任何股份权益，且不再为公司的主要股东;及(b)买方已持有5300万股股份(相当于本公告日期已发行股份约23.6%)的权益，并已成为公司的主要股东。
