Uni-Asia Group (SGX:CHJ) completed the acquisition of vessel, M/V Trident Star, after obtaining shareholders' approval, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company had initially agreed to acquire the vessel from Polaris Bulkship for around $18.4 million.
