12月11日金融一线消息，据贵州省六盘水市中级人民法院官微，2025年12月11日，贵州省六盘水市中级人民法院一审公开宣判中信银行股份有限公司资产管理业务中心原副总裁罗金辉受贿一案，对被告人罗金辉以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年九个月，并处罚金人民币二百万元；对罗金辉受贿所得财物及孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2014年至2020年，被告人罗金辉利用担任中国工商银行股份有限公司资产管理部高级交易专家，交通银行股份有限公司资产管理业务中心副总裁，中信银行股份有限公司资产管理业务中心副总裁等职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为有关企业和个人在融资、获得股票大宗交易业务以及债券回售等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币4437万余元。

　　贵州省六盘水市中级人民法院认为，被告人罗金辉的行为构成受贿罪，受贿数额特别巨大，应依法惩处。鉴于罗金辉归案后如实供述自己的罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿事实，认罪悔罪，赃款赃物已全部退缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。

　　被告人罗金辉当庭表示服判，不上诉。
