Wing Tai (SGX:W05) completed the disposal of its entire 100% stake in Jiaxin (Suzhou) Property Development for around 119.2 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company had earlier reported that its 75% owned subsidiary, Suzhou Property Development, had agreed to divest its stake in Jiaxin Suzhou to an unrelated company.
