智通财经APP讯，中国文旅农业$(00542)$发布公告，有关公司拟出售目标公司(中国文旅集团)47%股权的相关事宜。本集团已悉数收取代价，完成已于2025年12月11日根据该协议的条款落实。紧接完成后，目标公司不再为本公司的附属公司，而其财务业绩将不再于本集团的综合财务报表综合入账;及目标公司由买方(高峰环球有限公司)拥有88%权益及由本公司拥有12%权益。
